STERHEOTYPES: STudying European Racial Hoaxes and sterEOTYPES (S129542), international project coordinated by Francesca d’Errico (Università degli Studi Roma Tre, Italy). Call: Challenge for Europe. Funded by: Compangia di San Paolo.  Participants: Università degli Studi Roma Tre, Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), Università Telematica Internazionale Uninettunno (Italy), Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy) and Universite Toulouse III- Paul Sabatier (France). Short summary: The project aims at reducing (e)racism with cross-lingual and interdisciplinary approach (psychological and linguistics) within Meditarranean countries by studying how racial hoaxes on immigrants can reinforce stereotypes focusing on digital natives. It will design experiments in schools, develop computational tools, communicate science for teachers with E-learning course but also ICT companies.
